Bad service from Cell C

I would like to register my complaint for the poor service I have received from CELL C. My handset was booked in at Cavendish Square on 28/03/13 as it has been giving me numerous problems such as battery going warm, switches off automatically, freezing and scrren goes completely blank. I received my handset back on 23/04/13 which is not even a week yet and the same problems are reoccurring. i would like to check what they have done to my phone as i was informed that it in wotking order again. I have now also come acroos that once i load contacts on BBM a day later all of it has dissapeared and that the screen now switches colours aswell. I am not prepared to wait a another 21 days for my handset, should i book it in AGAIN. I find this very disturbing as my account gets debited each and every month on the 25th and for the service I am getting is PATHETIC. I need this matter to be sorted out ASAP and I would like to get feedback as I am not going to accept this poor service. I have been a contract holder of CELL C for many years now and not once have I ever paid my account late or short but for this service I find it disturbing as I am the cunstomer here.
