Firstly, I could have driven to midrand and back before the incompetent staff member/s give any feedback
Secondly, I run a sales office and upgraded a sales rep to an Iphone at the end of March. He reported to have problems with the phone and handed it into Midrand on the 25th April... It has been a total STUFF UP from then. My secretary has been on the phone holding for technical for 60min... SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING THAT WILL EARN A SALARY AT THE END OF THE MONTH.
