On the 14th September 2013 I sent my iPhone in for repairs. I was told by the technical guy the phone should take about 2 weeks for it to be fixed. It's now the 2 October 2013 and I still have not received notification my phone is ready for collection. The only feedback I have received is that the phone is still with the repair agent. According to the costumer help desk my quotation sent to the insurance company has not yet been accepted. She so kindly put me through to the insurance department to query this and I waited for 20 minutes on hold for someone to answer the call. I'm highly annoyed that this has taken to long to be resolved and no proper feedback has been given.
