New phone in ---2nd hand phone back

Did my upgrade in june 2013 got a new bb q10-phone was found to be faulty as it freezes when u type a sms but was after 7 days so the out the box guarantee does not count or apply (about 10 days later in total)-phone was sent in for repairs to midrand and received it back 2 weeks later and found the then refurbished new phone faulty as well--phone was sent back to midrand for repairs and received another refurbished phone back 2 weeks later again--enlarged the font to read messages better and saw under call logs that this phone now was already used in april this year by someone as various numbers appear on the phone, although i only upgraded in june!!! and is also still freezing!!! sent emails to ansie griessel manager of somerset mall, robert sherwood director at nashua boland, call centre as well and no one comes back to me and no one seems to be interested in my problems.
so i have a new 2nd hand phone that someone used in april already and i must be happy with it!!!
