I am fed up with having to struggle with connectivity problems, I have laid complaints with Vodacom. I did receive feedback that the "problem was resolved"... IT HAS NOT.
Continuous signal / connectivity problems persist. I have been a loyal Vodacom subscriber for over 12 years. All I want is a service delivered for a service I am paying for.
There have been a lot of complaints all around, friends, family - random people. It seems to be a bigger problem than what I innitially thought.
Can it be that Vodacom has become greedy - taking on too many subscribers than what they are able to handle?
It is unacceptable & I will change service provider as soon as I possibly can!!!
