3G Connectivity in JHB CBD

As from the 25 June 2013 the 3G connectivity in the JHB CBD (Specifically 5 Simmonds Street) has been exceptionally poor. Vodacom connectivity in this area was never an issue. I assumed the problem was temporary and waited. As of yesterday 11 July 2013 the problem has not been corrected. I called the call centre during the second week to have call logged. I spent 15 mins whilst the agent call captured the details. To date I have not received the service request number as promised on the call and neither has this been resolved. I received a random call from a technician saying they are testing the network. During this time my colleagues have logged numerous complaints on twitter. The area impacted is a business area and needless to say my data card is on a corporate account. If Vodacom does not remedy the situation I will have to force my company to change data card suppliers as this is hindering my work efforts. The other network providers have strong signal in this area. I don't know how many more times we can complain about this issue before someone in Vodacom actually fixes it.
