I have sent several e-mail which is acknowledged by an automated delivery service and no responce when I phoned Cell C to cancel bbm reoccuring service on my phone I was told to do it manually when I did that a message on my phone notified me that the service is not available and I must phone the customer care line this went on for several months and I was charged extra on a leagle binding contract that was only signed for R150 pm now im being charged R207 a month I have more than one contract which ment an extra R228 rand per month. I dont have network covarage 98% of the time so I am paying for a service that is not being delivered
