Contract complaint

My name is Lerato Mahabane. I have had a contract with Cell C for atleast 6-7 years.

Last year July I received a phone call from Cell C Get It and I was offered the deal. After realising how it put me off budget because Im paying for the contract plus the R70 for Get It, I called Cell C numereous times asking for them to cancel it.

I was given reference numbers and I was told it would take 30 days to clear. I contacted them every month asking why it hadn't gone through and they were adamant that they did cancell it although according to my bank statements, that was never the case.

I did not use any of the benefits that came with Get It yet my money had been deducted for so long. I received a call confirming it was cancelled but till this day they are deducting it from my account. I am kindly requesting a refund for the money that had been deducted since I have pled with Cell C to stop the payment for so many months. My most concern is, will I be refunded?
