I hate the service of Cell C, i took out two contracts with them. I hate the network and the rates- you can never get network coverage and forever there isn't any service.
i don't want the phones you can take them back. I will personal delivery it too Cell C. the phone users up all the minutes in not time and they give me straight up 50 i don't get R50 airtime i get 50 minutes which wasn't told to me when i took the contract and your call centre didn't tell me that its a windows phone and will use up all my airtime if i load and all my data and i took the contract for an amount of R179. i don't want the phones please take the phones back
the other line in a blackberry and that phone gets billed so much when i took BIS with the contract to pay R169 so please explain the phone freezing not going onto the Internet and going off i sent if for fixing to Cell C it came back in a bad condition, the scroll button doesn't work its stuck and it has scratches on the phone now.
Please take the phones back. I hate the service
