I just noticed that I am being charged R8.33 (excl. VAT!) by Autopage to post my statement to me. This is on a controlled chat package that theoretically will always be the same amount.
I do not have, nor need itemized billing. My statement, usually two pages long, simply reflects the amount that Autopage bills me at the end of the month. Now I have to pay this amount for postage when i wasn't even given the option of having my bill emailed to me???
Apart from being insulting to loyal customers, this is far above the rate the Post Office charges to send a single letter. Whats next Autopage? Inflated charges for the ink used to print my statement? Exorbitant charges for the actual paper my statement is printed on? I'll tell you what's next. Me finding another service provider as soon as my contracts with your company are done.
R8.33 (excl. VAT) a statement... When are companies like you going to learn that you turn a profit by keeping your customers happy instead of punishing them???
