I am sick to death of MTN's arrogant service! Every month I have to fight to receive my invoices and statements! For the last 4 months they have not been emailed to me, I am unable to pull them off my MTN Active Account online (only goes until November??). I got cut off when I went through to Customer Service or the number is simply engaged! I sent an email to "Complaints" 2 days ago - no response. I have beein emailing back and forth since MOnday requesting that someone from MTN phones me urgently - no response (Read receipts but no response which makes it worse) and when I did get a response asking for Decembers invoice they sent me ones for October and November!!! I dont know what to do anymore. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM MTN JUST PHONE ME TO SORT THIS OUT!!!???
