My simcard can't aceess the internet and does not make outgoing calls & send sms's. I have taken it to vocacom a number of times and they do not see anything wrong with it on their system and advised me to talk to 'rmcs' as they are my (semi) contract holders. On the 8th & 11th of January I have spoken to customer centre agents from 'rmcs' and after explaining my query to them, I was told that I will be contacted by their repair department withing 24 hours and it has not happened still! I believe this is unproffessional of the to treat me as a client like this and not thinking of the inconviniece that I am dealing with by this.
