We received a supplier invoice from hellopeter on May 9th 2013. This invoice did not contain our VAT number which we require to settle the invoice and claim VAT back.
We emailed them on the next day requesting that our VAT number be added and invoice be resent. No response received. We emailed them again on the 14th with no response. It is now the 23rd, 13 days and no response.
I expected better turnaround times from a company which was built on the idea of improving customer service.
