Still waiting 2months late

I have applied for a Samsung laptop package at Festival mall late February 2013, the lady who assisted me indicated that there is no stock at that moment but i should apply so they can process my contract and contact me once they have stock. I agreed, I was told my bank statement (Emailed) was not valid as it a month old so I went to queue for another one at the bank. Came back an hour before they closed, I was told they upgrading their systems so my application will be processed on Monday. A month passed with no call, last week 24 April 2013 i decided to call the store. My bad that i don't remember the name of the lady who assisted me, the other lady who picked up the call told me that there is only one laptop left and she is conducting an assessment for her customer and if not successful she will look for my application. I tried calling again on 29 April 20013 with no success of going through. To cut the long story short, I'm not impressed with the service, that 2months later other customers have been able to receive their contracts and I'm still waiting for atleast a call to inform me of my request. Will it be wise for me to port my primary mobile no after such service?
