To whom it may concern
I phoned 082111 this morning regarding my call limit which I want to reduce to R1000, I was told to phone the accounts dept. 0821946, I spoke to a guy which told me that there system are offline and was given anther number to call that does not work 0821905 I called 0821946 and I was transferred to two different agents and eventually I spoke to a girl named Tracey and for some reason she did not want to change my call limit rather gave me several alternates I can I do all I want is to reduce my call limit no questions asked. Bad service
