I have recently changed banks. I needed to change my bank account details but nobody at the Innovation group can help me. I have been transferred from one department to the next. It seems like customer service has gone out the window. I am tired of calling the call centre and get no help in return. Was advised to send an email to the finance department. No response from them either. All I ask is to change the banking details but seems like no one cares any more. Email was sent to [Email Removed] but no response at all. No my debit order has bounced and whose fault would that be. Mine off course. I need someone to call me ASAP to have this changed as I am going to close the old account.
