Recently I got an sms that said my account is overdue and it will be suspended. It said I need to phone MWEB Accounts to sort this out. So immediately I went online to double check what is going on to see my account details is not right under my billing account, so I have updated it. In the mean time my account was suspended, so I had to use my other Telkom account for data. I also called MWEB Accounts on Friday the 22nd and the lady also confirmed my banking details where the debit order should go off and she confirmed it is correct and asked if she can authorise payment for the outstanding balance and I confirmed that she could do that. She then confirmed that my account will be working in 15 minutes again. Today (Saturday) when I looked my account is still not working and MWEB Call Center cant be of much help either. I find this ridiculous as MWEB have the correct the Account Number to take the debit order from and now we are sitting with no service! Utterly disgusted with the poor service after we did phone MWEB to resolve this matter and MWEB confirmed that the account will be online again in under 15 minutes!
