I have complained about this numerous times! I have today once again dailed 084 194 4000 which is the so called business division for Cell C as I have a business contract. Each time a very confused person answers at the standard call centre which can not assist me!!
Do this department even exist? Is this the way you treat corporate clients???
All I want to do is enable my conference call facility as it is not working. Why must I go though this pain!!!
