We made the big mistake of porting our business phone from vodacom to autopage!!! it took almost 7 weeks to receive the phone and it has been a week now to active the sim card! i spend days trying to contact the call centre and when you eventually get hold of the key accounts manager he just promises that everything is fixed now and i must wait 2-24 hours. I have made over 20 calls to try and speak to any form of manager or somebody that knows whats going on. Not even the Autopage shop can get hold of anybody!!
WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP???... THiS WEEK WILL BE WEEK NUMBER 8!!!
