How long should we still struggle with autopage???
After waiting 2 weeks for the delivery, they delivered the wrong simcard, a week later we received the new sim card and after 2 weeks it is still not working!!!
Spoke to the branch manager last week Tuesday in which he said he is busy with my sim card and it will be activated before the weekend!!! A week later and it is still not working!! The manager doesn't even answer my calls nor phone me back! I was also corresponding with Najma from headoffice that really go out of her way to assist! She confirmed this morning via sms that my number is "FULLY ACTIVE" if we still struggle we need to contact technical support.
The simcard still says "UNREGISTERED SIM CARD" phoned technical support and they can not help is untill the simcard is ACTIVATED.
Autopage PLEASE!!! This is now really getting out of hand!! What kind of service is this!!!??? Why should customers go to such an extent of frustration!!!
I have spend 100's of rands on phone calls and sms's to autopage to resolve this yet I am still struggling!!!
Don't you have any pride or self respect???
Is your client base "big" enough that you don't need more clients???
