After spending no less than 12 hours with Autopage Midrand and Autopage Clearwater in less than one week I am still the proud owner of a sim card reading "no service". Despite explaining the impact this has on my business, the e-mails, the phone calls and the hours spend on the landline (good old Telkom) I have yet to get my ported number active after 8 days.
Because of the nature of my business I am loosing clients on a daily basis and Afrihost is really sad to hear about this but no need to worry the sim card will definately work tommorow - Promise
I would like to thank Dion's manager at Custumer retentions for not phoning yesterday - good to know you prefer not to speak to one of your longest retained customers regarding assurance.
Anybody at Autopage feel like fixng my problem - by the way the Vodacom port is still not working. Please dial my landline number (for obvious reasons) (see also Vodacom complaint)
