Well the law says n clear if you not happy of n service provider you don't have to pay you fee
It's the same story and Vodacom do replay on the Hello peter and tell me thy will respond in 54 hours and thy don't doe it.
As from today I will make sure that I don't pay my bill till my phone is replace
Vodacom you have to wake up

I did take this case to my lawyers and the ombudsman
