I feel cheated because I bought a data bundle for R150 (500MB) towards the end of March, and now I find it expires at the end of April. Barely over a month. I cannot redeem my money by changing it to airtime to use, and I cannot transfer it to anyone else to use it with me.
The reason I cannot even use this data bundle (thus it is wasted) is because of an issue (another recent complaint) whereby I cannot connect my phone to the internet. The issue is still not resolved, and I cannot connect to the internet using 3G or edge. It has not yet been discerned whether Vodacom or iPhone is to blame. However I dont feel that I should have to lose R150.
I would like to request a refund for my unused, and unusable data bundles from Vodacom.
