On 6 February I had requested copies of my December and January invoices to be emailed to me. Had an upgrade in December and the deducted dt order was far more than what the package had indicated. Needed to check the debits for these 2 months. Several reminders were sent and still have not received copies of these statement
On 2 April a request was sent to cancel my debit order- and still no response
