Ametlife
On 2 April I had requested a copy of a policy from Ametlife dating back to 1980's of which a dt order is being deducted monthly. Follow up reminders have been sent and still no copy or response received from the relevant section. How difficult can it be? Quick to take the money monthly!

2nd complaint
Money Market; On 2 and 8 April requested copies for Income tax certificates for the period 2010 - 2013 which I needed to submit to SARS as these were not received by post..
After another reminder I received the 2011- 2012.
A further request was sent that I am still waiting for the 2010 - 2011 and 2012- 2013 tax certificates. No response!
