Cellphone contract desaste

On the 6th April 2013 I walkied in to southgate 8ta store for an add on line / an additional contract, I requested a Samsung galaxy note 2 and after they went though my details as an existing contract I was then told that the phone is out of stock but I should come and collect it withing 5 days, I then went back on the 13th and was then told to come collect on the 26th as it is still unavailable and they would call me to come and get it once it there but no call, I then went in today 27th only to find that they just sold the last one and they never reserved mine, dissatisfied I then asked them to check other brances, I was then asked to go and collect it from Maponya mall, when I got there I was asked to apply anew as a new customer then told I have been declined. This left me very annoyed and unhappy, I cannot stand this type of service. I was approved by southgate and declined at Maponya and left without a cellphone. I am an existing customer whose payments are up to date I'm so angry with the treatment I received today.
