Complaint about account cancellation

I applied for a Telkom look-alike line in December 2012. After receiving it from, I also got another Telkom line which is a normal landline with fax. So I do not need the look-alike line anymore. I went to the Telkom shop at Limpopo Mall in Polokwane, where I handed in my notice to cancel the look-alike line, and they told me that they faxed it to the relevant department. But up till now, the line is still active and they keep deducting money from my account.
