Still no Stock or Feedback

Since posting my first complaint against MTN on 5 march there was only a promise made that someone would contact me with regards to my complaint about lousy service and no stock. That didn't happen. Since then Iv'e contacted MTN stores in Randburg, Sandton City, Cresta and yet again MTN in Hyde Park Corner and I came to a conclusion that MTN should seriously consider training their employees in the handling of clients and educate them on the products they are supposed to be familiar with since they sell them to their clients. I am now done, I have canceled my application for their Uncapped special seeing that in 8 days not one of those stores knew when stock would arrive or answered their phones on the first try. I thought that Vodacom was reluctant to help but MTN manages to step up the carelessness even further. If things are this bad in the beginning I don't want to see what happens after the finalizing of the contract. Use this message as a warning.
