Telkom Fixed Line Look alike Product

I applied for the Fixed Line Look Alike (FLLA) with data product from Telkom who operates over W-CDMA. This was done on Monday from the Telkom Direct shop in the Kollonade. It is for an address in Hartbeespoort. My neighbors using it successful but since I got it on Monday it still does not work. After going back to the shop to replace the Clearcom router and phone as well as doing a sim swop (which was recommended by the clearcom technical call center) and various calls to the call centers from my cell phone (which is a major frustration itself) I am told by everyone that my request will be escalated (reference number 833645 the first time from someone at the W-CDMA call support) and I will be phoned back (which never happened). This morning I again spoke to someone at the W-CDMA call center who told me the case was closed as resolved (which obviously isn't and nobody contacted me), and again made promises that they will escalate it again (new reference number 154CTZ240114). I am frustrated beyond words because Telkom just make promises, don't communicate with me and DO NOT DELIVER. My data works but the VOIP not, and this was the main reason for pursuing the product.
