I had taken a second contract about two weeks ago from the Gateway store in Durban. To date, I have not received my device. The staff have never called to inform me of any delays and to get them to answer the store phone is a nightmare. I was promised my device today and have been trying all afternoon to call the store, but they are probably too busy doing their hair and nails. This level of service is below that even of local government and is certainly pathetic and unacceptable.
