I had a nokia asha 201 that had software problems. my device had 2 year warranty and i had the cellphone for a few months before a problem imerged. i booked it in at my local store for repairs and the device was sent for repairs on 04 oct 2013. at the store i was told it takes 4 to 6 weeks for repairs with cell c and i'll receive notification when to collect my device. i checked with the store on numerous ocassions over 2 months and no answer. first i ws told my device was lost as they couldnt locate the waybill number. i only received 2 sms' in nov. 2013 to inform me my device was received in midrand and then it ws with the technician for repairs. its nearly 4 months later and i dont know where my cellphone is. what a dilemma. i thnk its the stores responsibilty too. to follow up and inform their customers. poor service from the store and network provider.
