Another unpleasant MTN DOING

Until recently, I believed that MTN was the best and I could not think of any other. But now, I reckon it is no different from, . MTN failed to finalise my application for a contract expediently. At first, I made my application through Canal Walk branch and it never came through way, and had to re-apply twice without luck, but there was no tangible reason. I went to Bay-side MTN. Despite having been told that it would take 2 days to finalise the application it took exactly 8 days. Of great concern to me is that, the package deal had actually changed on the day my contract was approved. I thought the delay was actually good since I would pay less and get more, but to my surprise I was told they don't work that way. I was advised that I will have to lodge another application. It didn't make any sense to me. If they approved that I can pay 10x, logically I can pay 8x. My problem is that the price I was asked to settle for was more than what was actually displayed, which constitutes infringement of consumer (my) rights.
