Investigate properly and ask all parties involved

I require assistance with regards to a Phone I sent for repairs on 06/12/2012.To date, I have not received the phone back (26/04/2013). I have contacted the Store Manager (Sthe-Secunda Pick&Pay Branch) who informed me that the reason they cannot fix it is becoz they are unable to find my contract on their system.
Sthe Referred me to the repairs cetre. At the repairs centre i spoke to a manager by the name of Sareh Naudu who promised to assist me and settle the matter. Needless to say, she still has not gotten back to me. When i call the repairs centre i am told that she is in constant meetings. I am 100% sure my phone was in warranty when i booked the phone in and i therefore believe it should be fixed. The problem is without the contract the Store manager says they cannot show that my phone is in warranty. However, Money is debited from account every month, I refuse to believe that the is no back ups for contracts at Mtn. I have received Feed back that phone has been sent back to the Store and still not fixed because i did not accept quote of R1900 /-.i did not accept the quote because my phone is in warranty. I have migrated to prepard 2 avoid my account be debited any furthe
