On the 17th of March I took out a 2 Gig data contract with Cell C. On the 19th they debited me for the connection fee.
A week later I received an SMS that they have not received the funds. I went in to the branch and I e-mailed them my statement to show the funds were debited.
In the mean time some person at the connections department linked another persons contract to mine and I was being billed for their calls.
Once I realised I immeditately logged a call with them regarding the extra line on my account and regarding the connection fee.
To date after numerous mails, calls etc I have not heard anything back from them and have now been debited for the full amount!!
The service one gets is shocking, everytime I phone the person you speak to just sends another e-mail to which no one responds.
The only person that tried to assist was Antoinette from the Mall @ Reds branch. Even after the billing / connection department confirmed to her in e-mail that it was sorted it clearly isn't.
