Little or no network connection

I am having Network connection problems, I have called the call center on a few occasions and keep on being told that Cell C is working on their connection towers. Then I get transferred to the IT department who then tells me to remove the dongle from the port and try a new port. This works for about half an hour and then back to nothing again. Edge is the normal connection, then after about an hour it goes to UTMS and then twenty minutes later it goes to HSPA for about ten minutes. Edge and UTMS must be the slowest connections in the world and then the Cell C system disconnects. This is dangerous for me as my Antivirus system takes forever to update. It takes about two hours to look things up on the internet and get things done. All these connection problems and I am still getting debited the full amount on my debit order every month which I find interesting, because according to the Customer protection act I am supposed to get what I pay for and as one can read, there is no 3G connection which is supposed to be the quickest as I understand it. I am not getting what I paid for. Cell C says they have 96% of the country covered, am I the other 4%?? Shame on you Cell C!!!
