Telkom are useless

Dear Telkom,

i would just like to advertise how useless you are as a supplier in this country, how can you let me apply for adsl and a telephone line and let me wait at home all day for the technician (who never arrives or calls) only to find out that when i call for a update there is no free ports at the dslam. Absolutely USELESS in every meaning of that word.
