TELKOM INEFFICIENCY AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

My Telkom Line at my residence has been out of order and giving problems for awhile. Technicians came and "fixed" the problem, but once again it is out of order. Myself and my wife are both Doctor's and our home residence is and emergency line for our patients. One wonders what patients are supposed to do when they cannot get hold of their DOCTOR in and EMERGENCY situation? What would YOU do if YOU were not able to contact YOUR Doctor in an emergency? (A frightening thought)
Having been out of order for over ten days now, the "FAULT" has been reported several times with absolutely pathetic responses. On various occasions we were told that the technician was on his way (Obviously not) and that it had been upgraded to a priority, I shudder to think what Telkom consider a priority as ten days later my "Priority" has not yet been dealt to.
I have the following reference number 2091CRK220413 and have spoken to Anna, Simangele and Ithumela. All to no Avail.
