Incompatent, NO help, Useless & LIARS

10/04/2013 i received my bill &was horrified 2 learn that it came to 3143.00. so i called vodacom callcentre & made arrangemnts 2 make payments (time of call 10/04/2013 @ 09:55:39) call made from 0318205624. however wen i checked my account i was debited, for the full amt (1195.87X3) so i called vodacom again 2 query this & was told i need 2 call accounts 0821946, wen i eventually got through i spoke 2 busiiswe & Meshack who are incompitent 2 understand the simple concept of a debit & credit. the debit was made & was in vodacom, acc, all i wanted was for the arrangement 2 be upheld & the reversal of 1195.87 X 2 to be reversed in2 my acc, however i was told that i need 2 go 2 my bank 2 get the money. like duh, the money is in vodacom's acc. wat horrified ME most was @ 4:56 wen i realised Meshack cudnt understand wat i was talking abt i requested 2 speak 2 speak 2 a manager, & b4 he could put me on hold i reminded him of the time & not to cut me off, & guess wat he came back 2 the line @ 4:59, and transfered me 2 give a survey on the call, basically he dropped the call and he was transferring me. i CHALLENGE YOU TO FIND THE CALLS & COME BACK 2 ME ADVISING CORRECTIONS ARE MADE
