Debit made after contract cancellation

I prematurely cancelled my contract with Vodacom and everything was processed on 19/09/2013. I paid the R945.01 they required for me to complete the cancellation and was converted to a prepaid basis. I was horrified when this morning at 5am, a debit from Vodacom went off my account for my old subscription fee of R383.50! This place is a joke! So over-rated and they can't even get the accounts department to function properly! I'm so disgusted with Vodacom and am so happy that I've made the move to a different service provider! I want my money, i.e. R383.50 returmed to my bank account today! You will not get away with stringing me along any further than I've already had to endure with your unhelpful call centre agents and branch staff!
