Incompetent call centre agents

I contacted CELL-C call centre after debit order was not deducted from my account. I was given a reference # and promised that my debit order will be deducted the following day as a resubmission was put forward for my account. The following day nothing happened and I contacted them again quoting my reference # .This call centre agent could not trace the ref # I gave him. He too resubmitted my details and promised problem will be solved by the afternoon, in the mean time my phone was disconnected. The evening I called AGAIN and quote my 2nd ref given by the agent of the afternoon. This time I was given the run around been put through from one person to another. Eventually I asked to speak to a supervisor I was then put on hold for - 10 minutes only to be told that the supervisor would call me back in the next half hour. It is now the following day and still no call. I was honest enough to contact cell-c and notify them about the discrepancy and all the can tell me is it is being resubmitted, this after I completed a debit order with them and someone forgot to link my cell phone # to my account. This up on cell-c side is affecting my credit scoring negatively. SORT OUT YOUR MESS GUYS!
