Not getting my upgrade phone

I upgraded nearly 2 weeks ago, they promised that I will have my phone last week Thursday or Friday. Nothing happened, phoned them on Monday, promised Tuesday, today I call them, still nothing and giving me a different story than Monday - somebody is lying on not working. I am going on holiday and need my phone ASAP.
