I litterally went to 4 different Nedbank branches and NONE of them could help me!

Even the same branch (CapeGate) couldn't help me previously. (including the manager)

Darren did what nobody else was willing to do. He just went to phone and email around a bit to actually give me the outcome asked for.

Really ridiculous that the manager was incapable of helping me but a normal sales consultant could?

I know now exactly what is expected from me as a client regarding repayment and installments etc.
