I e-mailed them with my query and then phoned them and the entire process from first communication to collection was amazing. Darren explained the options to me, gave me all the detail I needed and then proceeded to quote me within the hour of our conversation. We looked at another supplier and they were much more expensive and a little less accommodating.
I placed the order with Darren and within 24 hours our filtration systems was ready for collection. At collection Darren took the time to explain the system to us, how to install it and just generally cared about his product and our experience of it.
