Not often I have anything positive to say about Telkom, but give credit where it is due.
We have had outstanding service from Darren, Telkom Technician in the Melkbos area. Not the first time we have dealt with him - he is always polite, helpful, does an excellent job and always willing to 'go the extra mile'.
I do hope the that this recognition from a Telkom customer gets back to Darren and he is recognised for an outstanding attitude and job well-done.
