On the 14 April our adsl line stopped working. we phoned Telkom to query it and they say they are working on it. Apparently the cables were. Today is the 24 April and we still dont have any connection. This is unacceptable. Telkom uses the excuse of cables getting all the time. Previously last month we were offline for a week. we are paying for a service and they should be able to provide a proper service to us. it is utterly shameless how they operate. they must not make their problems ours. if there is a lax in security they should do something about it. we certainly r gonna be billed for the full month I'm sure. and their response wil surely be that we must take it up with accounts. Telkom doesnt know what is happening in their own company. If they cannot offer a simple service they should get out of the business and allow someone else to do a proper job. They are certainly bringing the country down with this attitude of theirs. Disgusted by their unco-operativeness.
