I paid for a sim swop over a week ago. I keep getting told that I will have a working phone. I have spoken to
Several different employees and I was promised that the sim would be fixed by certain time / day, it is now the 5th day and no one was true to their word. As soon as my sim is fixed I will decide whether to move service providers!
This is unacceptable, and is shocking service!
Do something now!
