In September 2013 I had an accident and my insurance referred me to Automagic Witbank. They had to replace both the doors on the driver side and the mirror. A message got send to me telling me that my car would be fixed in two weeks time. During this time I received no updates on my car unless I phoned them. I was told that all is going well and that it would be done as promised. After the two week period and all their empty promises the car was still not fixed. I left it there until the end of October. When I went to fetch my car then it STILL was not fixed! They only "patched" the mirror and when I noticed then they told me they are still waiting for it to arrive. After a month my car was still not fixed. There is now a bump on the passenger door and my air bags does not work anymore. There was patches on my bonnet that they just left like that and told me its were they tested the colour for the car. I am struggling since then to get them to fix what they messed up. They are the ones suppose to fix my car but instead they told me they would get someone local to fix the bump on my door?! Its three months later and I am still struggling to just get fixed that was not broken!!
