In March 2012 I emailed a notification for cancellation of services with Xlink only to be told that I was on a two year contract with them and that I could not cancel until April 2013. This seriously must have been in the small print of the document that I signed with them as I had no idea that I had commited to a two year contract with them. Nonetheless I have continued to pay the monthly fee since last year in March. Today I emailed them requesting cancellation of the contract which expires in April 2013. I received a reply stating that they will cancel the contract but that their fee to collect the unit is R410.40. SERIOUSLY!!!
