My contract was set to come to an end on the 31st of March 2013. I started my enquiries in January 2013. I called MTN and confirmed it would be cancelled when the contract date was over. March 2013 - I called back and they confirmed it would be cancelled April 2013 - I emailed and called them stating that my contract is still not cancelled and that they are still taking money from my account. MTN responded with (they will cancel the contract with immediate effect)May 2013 - with growing frustration I yet again got hold of them and asked why that HAD STILL NoT DONE IT as they were still taking money from me and I wasn't using the sim anymore and informed them that they were taking money from me. MTN responded YET AGAIN stating it was cancelled with immediate effect!!!!! WHY ON EARTHS NAME WOULD YOU STILL DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT THEN. End of May 2013 - I receive another statement saying I owe them money and yet again DEDUCT MONEY OFF MY ACCOUNT.June 2013 - yet again another deduction ... you HAVE COMMITED! And I want every cent back as from date 31st MARCH 2013.You had better cancel this contract and give me every penny back .
