POOR SERVICE-CONTRACT BREACH

I am bitterly disappointed with the service from VODACOM. This is the 4TH time my BB 9900, albeit, guaranteed & under warranty, malfunctions. The phone switches off & on w/out prompt, Gets hot, Does not re-charge & drains battery, Wipes data. Touch screen freezes. In 1 contract period my phone software was upgraded X3, REFURBISHED X3. After 3RD refurbishment, phone defaults to CELL C w/out a sim card! R re-used or 2nd hand parts used? VODACOM's call centre does not function well & people mislead or lie, Repair attendants @ CRESTA say BB 9900 is problematic? I have to use my son's phone that is in school. This is extremely inconvenient to us as parents and my business. After repeated failures with CRESTA, I have taken my phone back to the original contracting provider, VODACOM, Northgate. Lester, the manager kindly promised to resolve. VODACOM, supplier of the phone & network service have failed me & R in breach of their contract to me! VODACOM's poor service leaves a 'bad taste' about VODACOM & Blackberry. I pay for my contract, which includes ALL services sold to me. NOT for services NOT rendered! This is the last straw, VODACOM. I WANT A NEW PHONE AND YOUR APOLOGY!
